Detached Breton house located 200 m from the village and its shops, and 2 km from the sea, in the very heart of the Presqu'île Sauvage, with its many sites to discover. The gîte is within easy reach of the towns of Paimpol (Port des Islandais 17 km away) and Tréguier (Petite Cité de Caractère 13 km away).

Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: kitchen-living room with seating area, separate lounge, separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 3 beds 90x190 and 1 bed 140x190, bathroom with shower and toilet. Baby equipment available (high chair, cot, bath and changing table). To the front 350 m² of lawn and gravelled terrace and to the rear 1200 m² of enclosed grounds. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, with space for bicycles. Parking for two vehicles on the property.

    Vacances Pleubian

    An excellent choice for exploring the north coast of Brittany. A quiet peaceful location and the gite was perfect for our needs, with plenty of space for several people. It was very clean, well furnished and well equipped with everything needed to make it a home from home. Our host was very welcoming and helpful, explaining everything we needed to know to make our stay enjoyable.

    Vacances réussies

    Très bon accueil, propriétaire souriante, à l'écoute et disponible.
    Gite très bien situé dans le centre-bourg, proche des commerces et de la mer.
    Gite également bien équipé et fonctionnel avec un joli et grand jardin bien entretenu.
    Très content de notre séjour, nous y retournerons certainement.

    Très agréable séjour

    Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréable dans ce gîte calme et situé à proximité des commerces du bourg de Pleubian (accessible à pied). le gîte est fonctionnel, très propre, avec un beau jardin. Les plages et les sentiers de randonnées (GR34) sont à environ 2 km. La propriétaire est très accueillante

    Le gîte est bien situé, dans le joli village de Pleubian.
    Il est très confortable, bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable.
    Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire et avons passé un agréable séjour, malgré un temps fort capricieux.
