The owners are teeming with ideas and projects, and their main concern is to make people feel welcome and at home. Strollers and hikers are welcome on site, with the beautiful 30-hectare Parc Aquarev just 300 m away, offering free leisure activities for young and old around a pond. Just 2 km from the center of Loudéac, with its shops, restaurants and cinema. Just 1 km from 2 of Brittany's main roads, you'll be able to set off on excursions on foot, by bike (EurovéloRoute V6 1.8 km away) or by car (Lac de Guerlédan 25 km away, Moncontour and Josselin, small towns with character, around 30 km away).

Michel and Maria offer 4 spacious, single-storey bed and breakfast rooms. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as TV and an extra single bed. Cascade is fully accessible for wheelchair users, and has its own private terrace on the west gable. A relaxation/reading/games room extends from the entrance hall, and a south-facing breakfast room will awaken the senses in the morning with its selection of homemade products (crêpes, madeleines, etc.) and local produce. In this room, fridge/freezer, crockery and microwave are available. Outside, a large south-facing terrace invites you to relax and unwind on your return from a walk. Possibility of borrowing 3 bicycles on request from the owners, as well as fishing equipment. It opens onto a large garden with swing and the property's tarmac parking lot (6 spaces, with fast-charging socket for electric cars, invoiced on site - excluding Tesla). Fully enclosed and secure grounds of 2000 m². On the north side, a pergola will accommodate your bikes and/or motorcycles as close as possible to the entrance.
