On the northern hillside near the town center, the port and the beaches, the Agapanthes et Hortensias gîte is revealed after an extensive restoration by Fabienne and Denis, using noble, bright and timeless materials. Fabienne took up the challenge of equipping and decorating the entire property via Le Bon Coin! The result is stunning! Whether you're a couple or a family, you'll choose this rental also for its privileged location: 500 m from the Pointe de la Rognouse, from where you'll enjoy a magnificent panorama, and from where you can pick up the GR34 coastal path. Binic has the particularity of having a good number of side roads in its neighborhoods, so drop by the Tourist Office to pick up a map. The Corps de Garde beach is 600 m away: Binic's wildest and quietest beach, with sand and pebbles, bordering Etables sur Mer. Looking for entertainment? Go to the center of Binic, 1 km away, and stroll along the quays lined with shops and restaurants.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: a living room with entrance area, a kitchen (accessed by 3 steps), a separate toilet, a shower room with shower and washbasin giving access to the small laundry room. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), 1 further bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), en-suite bathroom with bath and washbasin, separate toilet. Semi-detached house on 2 gables, preserving privacy. South-facing street: a gravel courtyard offers a 10 m² lounge area, a driveway and a lovely private gravel parking space. On the north garden side, a lovely 15 m² wooden terrace with a gas plancha awaits you, followed by a 90 m² garden planted with trees and lawn. At the far end, a garden shed provides space for small items of equipment and bicycles if required, and ... just next door: a gate gives access to a communal footpath that makes it easy to walk down to the beaches, the center and its port.

Fabienne, en fille du pays, cherchait un joli bien à acquérir sur cette très chouette commune de Binic (un vrai concentré de Bretagne) et le coup de coeur est tombé pour cette maison où il fallait à la base beaucoup se projeter pour en déceler le potentiel. Ce qui lui a plu avant tout : le terrain tout en longueur tranquille à l'arrière et un quartier authentique de cette petite station costarmoricaine.

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans ce gîte charmant décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout était parfait : accueil de la propriétaire et cadeaux de bienvenue, confort, propreté, équipements... La plage immense et déserte à 20 minutes à pied seulement !

Beate Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Außenanlage
Was für ein liebevoll restauriertes Haus! Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft. Es ist schön eingerichtet, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut, auch die Gasplancha auf der Terrasse hatte es uns angetan.
Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.
