On the northern hillside near the town center, the port and the beaches, the Agapanthes et Hortensias gîte is revealed after an extensive restoration by Fabienne and Denis, using noble, bright and timeless materials. Fabienne took up the challenge of equipping and decorating the entire property via Le Bon Coin! The result is stunning! Whether you're a couple or a family, you'll choose this rental also for its privileged location: 500 m from the Pointe de la Rognouse, from where you'll enjoy a magnificent panorama, and from where you can pick up the GR34 coastal path. Binic has the particularity of having a good number of side roads in its neighborhoods, so drop by the Tourist Office to pick up a map. The Corps de Garde beach is 600 m away: Binic's wildest and quietest beach, with sand and pebbles, bordering Etables sur Mer. Looking for entertainment? Go to the center of Binic, 1 km away, and stroll along the quays lined with shops and restaurants.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: a living room with entrance area, a kitchen (accessed by 3 steps), a separate toilet, a shower room with shower and washbasin giving access to the small laundry room. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), 1 further bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), en-suite bathroom with bath and washbasin, separate toilet. Semi-detached house on 2 gables, preserving privacy. South-facing street: a gravel courtyard offers a 10 m² lounge area, a driveway and a lovely private gravel parking space. On the north garden side, a lovely 15 m² wooden terrace with a gas plancha awaits you, followed by a 90 m² garden planted with trees and lawn. At the far end, a garden shed provides space for small items of equipment and bicycles if required, and ... just next door: a gate gives access to a communal footpath that makes it easy to walk down to the beaches, the center and its port.

Fabienne, en fille du pays, cherchait un joli bien à acquérir sur cette très chouette commune de Binic (un vrai concentré de Bretagne) et le coup de coeur est tombé pour cette maison où il fallait à la base beaucoup se projeter pour en déceler le potentiel. Ce qui lui a plu avant tout : le terrain tout en longueur tranquille à l'arrière et un quartier authentique de cette petite station costarmoricaine.

SteSim Klein, gemütlich, unvergesslich
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und man merkt sofort, wie viel Aufmerksamkeit die Eigentümerin in die Gestaltung gesteckt hat. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die vielen kleinen Details sowie die harmonische Abstimmung von Farben, Dekoration, Vorhängen, Kissen und Bildern. Dadurch entsteht eine sehr gemütliche und einladende Atmosphäre. Es ist ein Ferienhaus, was tatsächlich dem entspricht, wie es angepriesen wird und es sieht auch wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern.
Auch die Ausstattung ließ für uns kaum Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und generell war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Ein besonderes Highlight war die großzügige Badewanne, die nach einem Ausflugstag für herrliche Entspannung gesorgt hat.
Der kleine Garten ist ebenfalls sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Als es während unseres Aufenthalts besonders heiß wurde, wurde uns sogar noch ein Sonnenschirm gebracht – eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Geste. Praktisch fanden wir außerdem die vorhandene Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Die wunderschöne Umgebung hat den positiven Gesamteindruck zusätzlich abgerundet.
Wenn wir überhaupt etwas anmerken möchten, dann lediglich Kleinigkeiten: Das Doppelbett und die Stühle hätten für unser Empfinden etwas bequemer sein können. Bei voller Belegung mit vier Personen wäre eine etwas großzügigere Küchenausstattung, insbesondere bei den Töpfen, praktisch. Zudem würden ein oder zwei schärfere Küchenmesser die ansonsten sehr gute Ausstattung perfekt abrunden.
Das sind jedoch nur kleine Punkte und letztlich Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wer ein gemütliches, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und typisch charmantes und französisches Feriendomizil sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Girafe Parfait!
N'hésitez plus et réservez cette perle! Le gîte est bien équipé, un grand supermarché et une bonne boulangerie sont tout près, tout comme la piscine, le village et la plage. Il y a beaucoup de possibilités pour des sorties et le propriétaire est super sympa.

JLGPMOPT Hébergement ou l'on se sent bien
Maisonnette très agréable, décoration et cadre de vie parfait, place de parking juste devant très pratique (nous avons juste regretté que le chauffage ne soit pas allumé à notre arrivée, et avons du contacter la propriétaire pour le mode d'emploi des radiateurs). La saison ne nosu a pas permis de profiter des extérieurs, mais sans aucun doute très appréciable avec les beaux jours. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et gardons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette agréable maison, très bien rénovée et décorée avec goût. Logement à recommander. Nous n’avons pas rencontré la propriétaire, mais les échanges par sms étaient faciles.
