Situated on Dinan's emblematic Rue Jerzual, which links the historic center to the port of Dinan, you'll love the old stones, parquet floors, exposed beams and pleasant garden.
Leave your car behind, discover the town on foot and step back in time!
Stroll through the cobbled streets, discover the half-timbered houses, the castle and soak up the charm of the town's ramparts.
Take the opportunity to discover the Rance River, on foot, by bike or on a boat cruise.
If you fancy a breath of sea air, you can explore the Emerald Coast, 19 km away.
The seaside resorts of St Jacut de la mer (23 km), Dinard (24 km), St Malo (31 km) and Cancale (36 km) are all within easy reach.

Un accueil des plus chaleureux dans une demeure de charme.
Une situation au coeur de la ville médiévale de Dinan dans une des plus belles rues de Bretagne.
Une semaine passée beaucoup trop vite ou le temps nous a semblé suspendu dans ce lieu historique unique et son jardin trés appréciable.

Seantammy Lovely home in absolutely beautiful city of Dinan
A really lovely ancient and atmospheric home in the most beautiful street in Dinan. Rachel the owner was super efficient and friendly. The house had everything we needed, including a lovely little garden, which unfortunately we didn’t really get to use as it was very rainy! Highly recommended!! Only small challenge is arriving to drop your luggage before parking in a free parking lot 20 mins walk away is that the locals get very upset about one driving in the pedestrianised street!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au cœur de la ville de dinan. La maison est très agréable ainsi que son jardin. La cheminé a été un vrai plus durant les journée un peu pluvieuse.
Attention, pas de parking sur place mais la ville ce fait très bien à pied.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Rachel qui a même pensé à mon bébé de 11 mois.- Cleanliness

Klm Gîte et accueil au top !
On a adoré ce petit we à Dinan, dans un gîte parfaitement placé en plein cœur historique. L’accueil a été chaleureux et facilitant, le gîte parfaitement propre. Assez compliqué avec un bébé en phase de 4 pattes / début de marche, notamment car il y a pas mal d’escaliers. Autrement séjour impeccable !?

Mille mercis à tous les deux. J'ai été très heureuse de vous accueillir. Et pour bébé Léon je comprends parfaitement qu avec tous les escaliers c'est un peu sport. Maison du XVème dans le plus vieux quartier de Dinan c'est une expérience à part.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the old town in an old 15th century house.
Great backyard for un verre or cup of tea and the place was very quiet at night.
