- One bedroom with two 80x200 beds, which can be combined into one 160x200 bed on request.

- An unenclosed 150 m² approval lawn with outdoor shower.
- A large 57 m² terrace ideal for meals or relaxation.
- A 110 m² courtyard with parking for two vehicles.
- A carport and a 23 m² closed garage.
