In this magnificent region of Burgundy, 1.5 km from Vezelay, in the heart of the Morvan park, we offer several Holiday cottages in the heart of nature on 60 hectares of land. The 115 m2 Holiday cottage Vauban is a former Vauban hunting lodge. It is branded by Vauban and steeped in history. Ground floor: entrance hall, living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen/dining room, shower room and WC. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160 and 1 bed 90), bathroom and WC.
A large 14 m x 7 m heated swimming pool and a sauna (60€/1h) are shared with the other Holiday cottages on the estate. Piscine open from 15/05 to 01/10, weather permitting.
Charges and extra :
Electricity, heating and linen included.
Optional cleaning: €80
Pets allowed subject to the owner's agreement and a deposit of 300€, with a cleaning charge of 15€ for the duration of the stay.
