Enjoy a pleasant stay in our furnished apartment in the historic heart of Auxerre, on a pedestrian street in the Marine district and a stone's throw from the Quais de l'Yonne. Tranquility and charm guaranteed! This two-room apartment is the ideal base for visiting the historic center, following the signposted route "In the footsteps of Cadet Roussel", and enjoying Burgundy gastronomy and the prestigious wines of Chablis and Auxerrois.
Our furnished apartment, located on the 1st floor without elevator, comprises a 26 m2 living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, a sitting area with TV/DVD and a Rapido 140 convertible sofa. A spacious bedroom with a 160cm bed leads to a bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate closed WC in the corridor.
High chair and Umbrella bed available.
High-speed fiber-optic Internet access. Public parking lot nearby. Access by car to the building is possible for unloading.
Videophone. Bicycles can be parked in the building's shared bike room. Three steps down.

Bibiche Très bonne adresse
Séjour très agréable, appartement très bien équipé, proximité du centre historique, des quais de l'Yonne et d'un centre Leclerc. Tout se fait à pied, c'est formidable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et sont de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette très belle région.

Afke Jansen Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans l'appartement. Il est très bien situé et la cuisine est très bien équipée. On pourrait même y préparer un dîner de Noël . Hélène et Jean Michel nous avons accueilli chaleureusement avec un petit chablis et ses fougères. Ils sont en plus très enthousiastes sur la ville et ses attractions et nous avons donné plein de conseils sur les sites à visiter, comme la cave de Bailly. A recommander.
