Situated on the edge of the Loiret, this Countryside Holiday cottage welcomes you in a spacious 220 m² character house, ideal for stays with family or friends. Nestled in peaceful surroundings, just twenty minutes from Pont-sur-Yonne, it offers comfort, space and conviviality for up to 10 people.

As soon as you enter, you’ll discover a spacious, bright living area of about 60 m² that includes a living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room features a very large corner sofa, a TV, and a fireplace—perfect for enjoying cozy moments together. The dining room is furnished with a large extendable table, ideal for large gatherings.

The kitchen provides all the equipment you need to cook comfortably: an oven, a microwave, a Tassimo coffee maker, as well as a Ninja coffee maker (available in a second small utility kitchen), and all the essentials for preparing your meals during your stay.

On the ground floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms, each equipped with a 180 cm bed and a TV. A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower completes this floor.

Upstairs, the sleeping area continues with three more very spacious bedrooms: one with a 180 cm bed and two with king-size beds. Each bedroom also features a sitting/relaxation area, ideal for enjoying a moment of peace and quiet. A second living room is also located on this floor, furnished with a sofa, board games, and a PlayStation 5 console—perfect for relaxing with family or friends. A second bathroom completes the floor.

The outdoor areas feature a large, enclosed garden—perfect for enjoying sunny days—an open-air terrace, and a complete relaxation area with a Piscine, hot tub, and pool house, where you can cool off and fully savor your time outdoors.
