As soon as you enter, you'll discover a vast, light-filled living space of around 60 m², comprising a living room, a dining room and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room features a very large corner sofa, a first television and a fireplace, perfect for sharing warm moments. The dining room features a large extendable table, ideal for large gatherings, and the kitchen provides all the equipment you need for comfortable cooking: oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, as well as a Ninja coffee maker (available in a second small scullery), and all the essentials for your meals during your stay. On the first floor, you'll find two double bedrooms, each equipped with a 180 cm bed and a TV. Upstairs, the sleeping area continues with three further spacious bedrooms: one with a 180 cm bed and two with king-size beds. Each room also features a lounge/relaxation area, ideal for enjoying a quiet moment. A second lounge is also located on this floor, with a sofa, board games and a PlayStation 5 console, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. A second bathroom completes the upstairs. The exterior, currently being finished and available from mid-June, will offer a large enclosed garden ideal for enjoying fine weather, a terrace (not enclosed) and a swimming pool for cooling off and relaxing. Set in a pleasant natural setting on the edge of the Loiret, this Holiday cottage is an ideal base for enjoying the surrounding Countryside and discovering the region.
