The fully air-conditioned "quarr'ement bois" Chalet, 2.5km from the village center, offers a warm welcome. It is set in 1200m2 of private enclosed grounds planted with trees, with a remarkable view over the Countryside. You've found your haven of peace, the ideal place to take a break and get away from it all. As soon as you step through the front door, you'll be immersed in the unique ambience of a real chalet built to the highest standards. The atmosphere is resolutely "cosy" and in keeping with its direct surroundings, i.e. nature and wide-open spaces. The sober, harmonious decor quickly makes you feel at home, in a cozy little cocoon. Thanks to its sheltered outdoor terrace, complete with Morvan solid wood garden furniture, you can enjoy long summer evenings around a brazier, and in winter lounge around the wood-burning tiled stove, ideally installed in the veranda, with a good book and/or a glass of Burgundy wine, of course...

Large living room of 25m2 with integrated open kitchen opening onto a lounge. A veranda overlooking the Morvan mountains and surrounding Countryside, with wood-burning stove and sofa. A first bedroom for 2 (bed 140 x 190) with TV and garden view. Mezzanine can be used as a gaming room or reading room with a library. On the same level, a bedroom with 2 beds (one 140 x 190, the other 90 x 190). Reversible air conditioning, heat pump.

This Chalet is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Not suitable for business stays.

Utilities and options: Water and firewood included. Electricity extra (meter reading on arrival and departure) price according to the kwh rate in force on the day of rental, 8 kwh included/day.
