You'll be staying in the old miller's house on a site occupied for over 2,000 years. The Holiday cottage was completely renovated in 2020-2022. Due to its exposure and "old" construction, the house stays very cool in the middle of summer. 4* Holiday cottage, "famill'Yonne" and "clef verte" accredited. 2 h from Paris and less than 30 mins from major tourist sites: Guédelon, St Fargeau, Museums Colette, etc. Take advantage of your visit to discover the flora and fauna of Puisaye: we are an LPO refuge, for otters and bats. Discover the birds of Péziers with a professional ornithologist.

Fully equipped kitchen opening onto dining room: 4 induction hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher with bottle function. Magimix Cook expert, Kitchen aid, filter and Senséo coffee makers, etc. Wood-burning stove. Numerous board games available inside and out. Baby Equipment available: 2 Umbrella beds, baby bathtub, baby potty, bottle warmer. Equipment for the disabled/seniors: toilet booster seat, high chair, shower stool. Accessories for our 4-legged friends: bowls, mats 2 bedrooms with two 160x200 beds, the third bedroom with 90x190 bunk beds and a 90x190 bed. A convertible sofa in the living room (140x200). 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. The third bedroom and second bathroom with WC are only open to groups of 5 or more. The top bunk bed is not suitable for kids under 6. Housekeeping included, bed linen and towels, heating and electricity. One pet allowed at an extra charge of €30 per stay. Telework area and high-speed Internet: we have fiber (180 Mb/s) and 4G (approx. 30Mb/s) Internet access. Large outdoor area in front of the house and along the river with garden table, deckchairs, parasols, barbecue. Outdoor games: balls, skittles, petanque, etc. A presentation of visits and activities in the area and of the Péziers mill is provided with each reservation to help you prepare your stay.
