On the first floor, you enter a large, bright and welcoming living space. The fully-equipped kitchen communicates with a pleasant lounge-library area, ideal for relaxing or reading. The large 60 m² living and dining room is the heart of the house, with a large table seating up to 14 guests, a convivial fireplace, two comfortable sofas and three individual armchairs. A toilet completes this level. A mezzanine overlooks the living room and offers a relaxation area with a TV corner, as well as a double bed, providing a cosy and intimate space. Upstairs, you'll find four spacious bedrooms (20 to 25 m²), all with double beds, warm parquet floors and windows that let in plenty of natural light. A bathroom, two shower rooms and three toilets ensure the comfort of all occupants. Outside, the property is surrounded by 2000 m² of enclosed grounds planted with trees. There's a terrace with parasol, plenty of garden tables and chairs for al fresco dining, and sun loungers for relaxing. Near the pond, a small detached outbuilding houses an additional converted bedroom, offering a peaceful setting with a pleasant view over the Lake.
