First floor: Kitchen, living/dining room, DVD player. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate WC with washbasin.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) with shower room and 2 interconnecting bedrooms (1 bed 140, 1 bed 160), shower room with WC. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair and bathtub.
Enclosed courtyard. Courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. Only 1 pet allowed.
Free public parking lot opposite Holiday cottage.
Golf course 10 minutes away. Fishing nearby. Castles on site and nearby (Maulnes, Tanlay), Quincy Abbey. Holiday cottage near Tonnerre (Fosse Dionne, Hôtel-Dieu) and medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein. Wallaert Caroline Nous sommes venus 1 semaine dans ce magnifique gîte au pied du château(grand parents, enfants et le petit-fils) très bonne literie, linge de maison et serviettes de bain impeccable, le gîte est très spacieux idéale pour 6 personnes, il est très bien équipé (électroménager et vaisselle) la cour fermée sécurisante pour les enfants, on peut profiter pour manger dehors à l'ombre sous le préau. Séjour très agréable et merci pour le super accueil des hôtes avec à l'arrivée des bonnes gougères et une bonne bouteille. La famille du 59
