Detached Holiday cottage in the heart of the village, next to the castle.
First floor: Kitchen, living/dining room, DVD player. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate WC with washbasin.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) with shower room and 2 interconnecting bedrooms (1 bed 140, 1 bed 160), shower room with WC. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair and bathtub.
Enclosed courtyard. Courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. Only 1 pet allowed.
Free public parking lot opposite Holiday cottage.
Golf course 10 minutes away. Fishing nearby. Castles on site and nearby (Maulnes, Tanlay), Quincy Abbey. Holiday cottage near Tonnerre (Fosse Dionne, Hôtel-Dieu) and medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein. On-site shops: bakery/pastry shop, grocery store and butcher's + Kids' play area (swing and slide) near the château.
Prices include oil-fired central heating, electricity, wood, bed linen, towels and table linen. Beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning: €40

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Très beau gîte décoré avec goût, spacieux , fonctionnel , très propre.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires et nous les remercions de leur petit attention à notre arrivée (gougères et une bouteille de vin) .

ALAIN et compagnie déception
Période de canicule certes ce qui n'explique pas l'absence d'eau chaude.et la chaleur intérieure ( simple vitrage )
Nombreuses toiles araignées anciennes; Présence d'une colonie de fourmis dans une chambre qu'on a dû éradiquer nous même

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans le gîte entre filles de trois générations. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner entre Yonne et Côte d'Or. Le cadre est parfait, la maison authentique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de passion. Le gîte est aussi très bien équipé à tous les niveaux.
Nous remercions particulièrement les hôtes, qui ont été extrêmement chaleureux et bienveillants (des gougères excellentes ainsi qu'un bon vin local nous attendaient à notre arrivée).
