Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen with French ceiling, shower room with WC (three steps down to shower room), 96m2 living space. Pets not allowed.
First floor: large landing opening onto a small private terrace with garden furniture, 1 bedroom with 1 Bed 160 x 200 and 1 bedroom with 1 Bed 140 x 190. Beds made to order.
Free public parking lot nearby. Local shops: bakery/pastry shop, grocery store and butchers + Kids' play area (swings and slides) near the château.
Nearby castles (Maulnes, Tanlay), Quincy abbey. Close to Tonnerre (Fosse Dionne, Hôtel-Dieu) and the medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein.

VIVIANE Beau Gîte
A l'occasion du mariage de mon fils, j'ai séjourné dans le gite Mary Lou avec mes amis soit quatre adultes,
L’accueil est chaleureux avec des attentions très appréciées (gougères et vin blanc) . La chaleur extérieure était écrasante et le gîte est une maison ancienne avec de beaux murs en pierre ce qui permet de garder la maison fraîche, un vrai bonheur.
La maison est décoré avec gout et raffinement.
Jacqueline je suis désolée par inadvertance nous sommes partis avec les filtres à café et nous n'avons pas trouvé les clés pour les containers des poubelles.

Odile Très agréable
Gite confortable, propre, bien équipé et très bien situé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa fraîcheur malgré la forte canicule. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très à l'écoute, et la région offre de nombreux buts de balades. Tout pour passer d'excellentes vacances !

Rose-Marie gîte à proximité du centre du bourg, Bien agencé, au calme, et accueil et échange très sympathique
Nous étions venus pour récupérer notre petite fille venant du Jura, afin de passer quelques vacances chez nous en Picardie, nous avons visité le château, puis Tonnerre, Chaource les alentours, et bien-sûr les rues autour de la location.
