An exceptional outdoor setting You can take full advantage of La Closerie's swimming pool, open in fine weather, and its private walled garden, guaranteeing peace and privacy. Outbuildings, an outdoor dining area and shaded areas complete this ideal setting for enjoying the sunny days. The swimming pool is secured by a standard gate, and deckchairs and parasols are available for relaxing in the shade of the hundred-year-old lime trees. Second floor: - 1 Parent Suite: Queen Size bed 160x200 - 1 Shower room and 1 Toilet.

- 2 bicycles with the possibility of Kids seats are at your disposal for long rides through the wheat fields or along the Burgundy canal.

- The old farmhouse is an 80 m2 outbuilding adjoining the house, a storage room, an extra fridge and a freezer.


When renovating the house, we were careful to retain all its authentic features.
The beams, floors, cushions and fireplace have all found their place in the decor.
Perhaps a little to the detriment of the soundproofing of the bedrooms.

Please note that you may see or hear our 2 dogs, Uva and Olympe, but under no circumstances will you come across them in your space.
