Located in the former blacksmith’s shop in Villiers-Saint-Benoît, come enjoy a stay with friends or family in this renovated and tastefully decorated holiday cottage. On the property, there is another residence—but it’s not directly across from yours (you’ll just share the entrance to the property and the parking lot)—and a cat. A private terrace and several relaxation areas with a fire pit are available across the 4,000 m² property.

On the ground floor, you enter through the holiday cottage’s kitchen, where you’ll enjoy your meals. The large living room features a TV, a bookshelf, and a French billiards table. The first bedroom is furnished with a 160x200 bed that can be separated into two 80x200 beds, along with its own spacious bathroom. A separate restroom is also available on this level. A second bedroom, with direct access to the garden, features a 180x200 bed (which can be separated into two 90x200 beds) and a private bathroom (with a toilet and a large shower).

Upstairs, one bedroom is furnished with two 80x200 beds that can be joined together, along with a large shower. Another bedroom features two 90x200 beds that can also be joined, and a bathroom with a large shower. A fifth bedroom includes a 140x190 bed and a Bed 90x190. A bathroom with a corner bathtub and a separate toilet complete this floor.

New for 2026: an above-ground Piscine has been added to the holiday cottage’s outdoor amenities, perfect for relaxation and socializing during the summer months.

Accommodations are offered on an all inclusive basis: bed linens with beds made on arrival, bath towels, kitchen linens, heating, electricity, firewood, and end-of-stay cleaning.
