In the heart of the old forge of Villiers Saint Benoît, come and enjoy a stay with friends or family in this tastefully renovated Holiday cottage. On the property, another dwelling but without vis-à-vis (just entrance to the property and shared parking) and a cat. Private terrace and several relaxation areas with braziers in the 4000m² grounds.

On the first floor, you enter through the Holiday cottage's kitchen, where you'll have your meals. The large living room has a TV, library and French billiards table. The first bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 bed that can be separated into two 80x200 beds, and has a large shower room. A separate toilet is also accessible from this level. A second bedroom, with direct access to the garden, has a 180x200 bed (which can be separated into two 90x200 beds) and a private shower room (with WC and large shower).

Upstairs, one bedroom has two twin beds (80x200) and a large shower. Another bedroom has two 90x200 beds that can also be twinned, and a bathroom with large shower. A fifth bedroom has a Bed 140x190 and a Bed 90x190. A bathroom with corner bath and separate toilet complete this floor.

All inclusive: bed linen with beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, heating, electricity, wood and end-of-stay cleaning.
