Located in the former blacksmith’s shop in Villiers-Saint-Benoît, come enjoy a stay with friends or family in this renovated and tastefully decorated holiday cottage. On the property, there is another residence—but it’s not directly across from yours (you’ll just share the property entrance and parking)—and a cat. A private terrace and several relaxation areas with a fire pit are available across the 4,000 m² property.

On the ground floor, you enter through the holiday cottage’s kitchen, where you’ll enjoy your meals. The large living room features a TV, a bookshelf, and a French billiards table. The first bedroom is furnished with a 160x200 bed that can be separated into two 80x200 beds, along with its own spacious bathroom. A separate restroom is also available on this level. A second bedroom, with direct access to the garden, features a 180x200 bed (which can be separated into two 90x200 beds) and a private bathroom (with a restroom and a spacious shower). A sofa bed for two additional guests is available upon request.

New for 2026: an above-ground pool complements the holiday cottage’s outdoor amenities, offering moments of relaxation and togetherness during the summer months.

Accommodations are offered on an all inclusive basis: bed linens with beds made on arrival, bath towels, kitchen linens, heating, electricity, firewood, and end-of-stay cleaning.
