1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one with 3 beds 90 and the other with 1 bed 140). 1 baby bed, high chair, bathtub, changing pad. shower room with WC. Electric heating and fireplace. Wifi internet access.

Small 150 m² enclosed garden. Pets not allowed. Parking spaces outside Holiday cottage. Lockable barn for bicycle storage.

Holiday cottage can be rented for up to 5 people, or for up to 7 people in an annex adjoining the gite, with 140cm bed, bathroom and WC.

Please note that if you are less than 6 people, the Holiday cottage rate for 5 people will apply without the additional annex. If you wish to book the Holiday cottage with the annex and you are less than 6 people, please contact the booking department or the owner.

Holiday cottage located 6 km from the fortified City of Avallon (all shops and services) and 20 km from Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with the Basilica of Sainte Marie-Madeleine. Close to the Morvan regional park and lakes. Accrobranche, rafting, canoeing, karting in the area (between 6 and 20 km).
