Restored former farmhouse at the entrance to the village, set in 5,000 m² of wooded land with 2 streams running through it. Renovation work has resulted in the creation of a Holiday cottage and 3 Bed and breakfast rooms.

This apartment is located next to the owners' residence, with independent access and use. Entrance via a balcony onto the ground floor: kitchen area with living room, shower room and WC, living room and bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190). 2 accesses to the first floor, from the kitchen or living room, leading to the 2 bedrooms (3 double beds 140x190) and shower room with WC. An adjoining outdoor area is available with table, chairs and barbecue. The garden, shared with the owners, is open to tenants, with tables, chairs and armchairs scattered around to enjoy the greenery and water. From mid-June to mid-September, depending on the weather, we make available a landscaped area with an unheated semi-underground swimming pool (6 x 4.70), table and chairs, garden furniture, deckchairs... The use of the swimming pool is regulated, in terms of opening hours (from 3 pm to 7 pm) and access when there are Kids, instructions are written on site. Parents are responsible for their children's access to the pool.

Close to the Parc du Morvan and its large lakes, as well as the major cultural sites of the Côte d'Or (Abbaye de Fontenay, Forges de Buffon, Vezelay, castles of Ancy Le Franc, Bussy Rabutin, Alésia...). Less than 30 minutes from Avallon, 20 minutes from the cities of Montbard and Semur en Auxois, 1 hour from Beaune and Dijon.
