In a quiet village at the crossroads of 2 Burgundy departments and close to the Morvan, come and discover this detached country house.
The renovated Holiday cottage has retained its French ceilings, stone flagstones and terracotta floor tiles. The ground floor features a living area with pellet stove and widescreen TV, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and bathroom with WC.
Outside, you'll find the former granary converted into a bedroom (2 single beds and 1 baby bed), shower room with WC and reading room.
Baby equipment: bath and changing mat.
A bioclimatic terrace invites you to contemplate the superb landscape.
For your Wellbeing, a Spa is available from May to September. From the 2026 season, a shared sauna (alternating use) with a second Holiday cottage (n°H89G031619) will provide additional relaxation.
Bed linen included and Beds made on arrival. Pets not allowed.
Holiday cottage close to Fontenay Abbey, Alesia, Epoisses, Guédélon, Parc du Morvan, Semur-en-Auxois, Avallon and Vézelay.
This accommodation is not suitable for business stays.

Le gîte est bien tenu. Le spa est un plus très apprécié en particulier en période de forte chaleur. L'environnement est calme. Le panorama est large. L'accueil est particulièrement chaleureux. Merci à Carine pour son sourire, son enthousiasme et sa disponibilité. Bref, on recommande.

cigoscrabble beaucoup de curiosités à découvrir aux alentours, un spa appréciable e, fin de journée agrémenté par le coucher de soleil, bel environnement au calme, gîte de rez de chaussée de qualité et hôtes à disposition, petites gâteries sympathiques pour accompagner le séjour
