In Forterre, on the Burgundy Plateaux, bordering Puisaye, this longère is located on the heights of the wind farm. It has been completely renovated in a cosy, convivial style. Completely independent from the farm's cereal-growing activity, you can enjoy the surrounding calm from the terrace of the 450 m² enclosed garden, or stroll along the paths that criss-cross the plain to the valley. Ground floor: spacious living room with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with 160cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs: 4 double bedrooms with 160 beds that can be converted into 2 80 beds, shower room with WC, TV lounge with 140cm sofa bed. Petanque court. Table tennis and table soccer.
Heating and wood included in winter rates.
CHARGES AND OPTIONS: Bed linen rental: sheet 1 person 7€. Sheet 2 persons 14€. Bathroom linen per person: 5€. End-of-stay cleaning: €76.
Electricity included above 8 kWh/day. The accommodation is not suitable for charging electric cars.

Pascal Un vrai gîte rural
Nous sommes venus avec des amis pour un WE prolongé en mai 2026. L'accueil de Dany fût très chaleureux. Nous avons pu rayonner depuis le gîte pour visiter Guédelon, Auxerre et Chablis. Le gîte est dans un hameau très tranquille. Il dispose d'un très beau jardin clôturé, d'un terrain de pétanque et d'une vaste terrasse. Un chemin attenant au gîte permet une balade facile avec le chien. Le gîte est très spacieux, la cuisine très bien équipée.
Les bémols (il y en a toujours):
- les odeurs de la ferme attenante qui suivant le vent peuvent amener des odeurs d'étable. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé, mais cette odeur particulière pourrait en incommoder certains.
- des couteaux de cuisine qui mériteraient d'être affûtés.
Pour un gîte 3 étoiles il est vraiment très bien.- Cleanliness

Alexandre Week-end agréable
Séjour agréable dans le Gîte de Dany. Malgré la chaleur, la maison reste fraiche. Caché au fond d'une voie sans issu, le coin est tranquille et les activités proposées sont nombreuses dans le gîte. Un gîte qui a dû vécu, une belle histoire de famille, il reste confortable. Je recommande pour ceux qui cherchent un pied à terre et un coin tranquille dans la région pour y passer quelques jours. Dany est très gentil et arrangeant.

Nous étions un groupe de 8 adultes. Nous y avons passé 6 jours, notre hôte était très accueillant et à l'écoute. Le confort du gîte est parfait.

Alexis Un séjour confortable et au calme
Le gite est spacieux (on était 8 et on ne se marchait pas dessus) et confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment, et le fait qu'il soit isolé permet d'être au calme absolu. Le propriétaire est sympa et arrageant. On a eu un soucis de chaudière qu'il s'est empressé de réparer.
On a passé un bon séjour pour Noel.
