Laure and Romaric welcome you to a charming self-contained apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with other accommodation, in the heart of the Auxerrois Vineyard. You'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. As soon as you cross the threshold, you'll be surrounded by beautiful countryside and peace and quiet. Large, bright living room with quality, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area. 2 bedrooms = Chambre Verte with 2 single beds (90cm) overlooking the vineyards, Chambre Ocre with a single bed (140x190cm). Spacious bathroom with double washbasin and large, modern shower. Separate toilet. Reversible heat pump heating (air conditioning). Auxerre 15 minutes away, Chablis 20 minutes and Vezelay and its basilica 45 minutes away. Romaric and Laure, winegrowers, will be happy to show you around their Vineyard. 10 minutes from the banks of the Yonne and cycle paths.

KLAUS Très satisfaisant
Les gens sont très gentils: La communication a bien fonctionné. L'état du gîte a été nouveau et bien propre. Tout était bien entretenu.
La vue sur les vignes m'a beaucoup plu parce qu'en 1959 j'y ai fait les vendanges avec la famille Givaudin..- Cleanliness

Magnifique séjour, gîte idéalement situé pour visiter la région Bourgogne Nord. Très bel accueil des propriétaires eux-mêmes viticulteurs et délicieuse dégustation de leurs vins.

Elo Gîte avec une très belle vue
Gîte spacieux et agréable avec une très belle vue, bien qu'il n'y ait pas d'extérieur.
Idéalement situé pour partir faire de belles randonnées.
