Ground floor: kitchen, dining/living room with wood-burning stove. 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with en-suite shower room and WC, accessible for the disabled. 1st half-floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 + 1 bed 90x190 + 1 baby bed). 2nd half-floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x190 + 1 bed 90x190 + 1 crib), bathroom and separate WC. 2nd floor (towards mezzanine, blue bedroom): 1 bed 140x190 + 1 bed 90x190) and mezzanine converted into relaxation room (billiards and table soccer). CD+radio player. 600 m² enclosed grounds, covered shelter. Pets not allowed. Business stays: 4 people maximum. Ideally located 6 km from Vézelay, 15 km from Avallon. Evelyne Très grande et belle maison
Maison bien plus grande que le descriptif et très confortable.
Chacun y a trouvé son espace.
La salle de jeux a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands !

Viel P et E Accueil très chaleureux, avec une pointe d'humour appréciée de la part du propriétaire . Gîte spacieux avec bonus : une salle de jeux billard et baby-foot. La maison est très bien agencée.
Heu ! Pour les futurs locataires, prévoyez du pain. Le boulanger de vezelay ne fabrique pas en grosse quantité !!

Delcey Gîte très vaste (bien au-delà de la capacité officielle), très bien équipé avec des petits plus (billard!), cour et jardin privatifs, village calme proche de (hauts) lieux touristiques, ville d'Avallon et ses commerces proches, accueil parfait, what Else ?

Béatrix Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et arrangeants! Le gîte est confortable et très au calme, très bien situé à proximité de Vézelay et des lacs du Morvan. Je recommande ce gîte !
