This little house has been completely renovated to bring it up to date. Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped open kitchen, spacious bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 + 1 single bed 90x190) and bathroom (large walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine). Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom (double bed 140 x 200 + single bed 90x190) with toilet and washbasin.
The exteriors are fully enclosed and private, and you'll be able to bring your vehicles into the courtyard, have a barbecue or relax on the lawn (deckchairs and parasol).
All charges (except cleaning) are included in the price of the stay, beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen and towels are provided.
OPTIONS: End-of-stay cleaning: €50
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory for business bookings.

PETER Un gîte qui ne laisse rien à désirer. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
Un gîte qui comble tous les souhaits, tout est d'excellente qualité et joliment fini. Cuisine entièrement équipée (même avec un robot ménager !), salle de bain spacieuse avec une cuvette de WC légèrement surélevée (très agréable lorsque vous êtes moins mobile) et douche au rez-de-chaussée et une deuxième salle de bain plus petite (sans douche) à l'étage, très bons lits (ma femme a trouvé son lit un peu trop mou, mais c'est son problème ;o) ). Le jardin est clôturé, ce qui est très agréable lorsque, comme nous, vous voyagez avec un grand chien. Monsieur et Madame Gotti sont très aimables et serviables, merci beaucoup pour le sapin de Noël, c'était très gentil ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Propriétaires de chiens : vous pouvez faire de belles et longues promenades à proximité du gîte !

Penny This is a lovely well put together cottage, we only used the ground floor. Safe parking.
Easy to find the Gite, delighted to have off the road parking, but disappointed at the untidy garden. It’s convenient for a visit to Chablis. The Abbey of Pontigny was a short walk away and very attractive in the evening light. Not a lot else in the village (could be the time of year). Very quiet at night, but take a torch if walking out after nine thirty as the street lights go out!
Best towels we have had on our travels, good shower in spacious bathroom.- Cleanliness
