This little house has been completely renovated to bring it up to date. Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped open kitchen, spacious bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 + 1 single bed 90x190) and bathroom (large walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine). Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom (double bed 140 x 200 + single bed 90x190) with toilet and washbasin.
The exteriors are fully enclosed and private, and you'll be able to bring your vehicles into the courtyard, have a barbecue or relax on the lawn (deckchairs and parasol).
All charges (except cleaning) are included in the price of the stay, beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen and towels are provided.
OPTIONS: End-of-stay cleaning: €50
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory for business bookings.

joel Parfait et pratique
Nous sommes habitués aux séjours en gîtes et rarement nous avons eu un hébergement où rien ne manquait. Au p’tit Charles il y a tout ce qu’il faut ( même les ingrédients essentiels pour la cuisine que vous n’avez pas forcément envie de transporter) et tout y est bien pensé.
La propreté est exemplaire et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques
La région est très jolie avec une abbaye remarquable et un vigneron dans le village.
Les environs avec les canaux sont propices pour faire de belles balades à vélo- Cleanliness

Catherine Séjour très agréable
Gîte très confortable et propriétaires très accueillants. Le gîte est très propre et bien équipé avec de belles décorations de Noël!!. Nous le recommandons pour profiter des visites touristiques de Chablis, Auxerre, Tonnerre...
