Semi-detached holiday cottage adjoining the owners’ home on a vineyard and grain farm.
Ground floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room, office. Restroom with sink. Terrace with a small outdoor seating area accessible from the living room.
First floor: 1 bedroom with two 90x180 beds, another bedroom with a 160x200 bed. 1 90x180 bed on the landing. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Baby equipment: baby bed, changing table, high chair.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Enclosed courtyard with patio furniture and a barbecue. For kids: swings and a slide.
Deck chairs for relaxing.
Parking in the courtyard. Space for 2 cars.

Gite très propre, au calme, frais malgré la canicule d'aout 2025, bien placé (à 1h de Troyes et de Vézelay 25 mn de Chablis). Cuisine et WC en RDC refaits à neuf. Grande salle à manger agréable. Chambres confortables (literie de qualité ferme). Communication parfaite avec les propriétaires avant, à l'arrivée et pendant le séjour. Nous avons apprécié le cadeau de bienvenue des propriétaires.

Tout était très bien. L'accueil des propriétaires très sympathiques.
Le gîte encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos très grand, très fonctionnel, ne manque rien et literie impeccable. Le stationnement pour la voiture un plus dans une cour fermée- Cleanliness
