Holiday cottage comprises a living room with sofa (bed available) / dining room / kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200) (crib & high chair available on request) & a shower room with toilet.
Enclosed garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and covered shed. Accessibility: 3 steps up to Holiday cottage. Loan of 2 mountain bikes. 2 quiet pets allowed. 1 parking space in front of Holiday cottage.
Grocery (100m), restaurant (Le Moulin de Corneil, 200m), bakery (200m), minigolf, tennis, park (Jardin Ribaudin, 200m) & category 1 river (fishing) in the village.
Holiday cottage located near Saint-Fargeau with its castle, old farm and historical show in summer, Saint-Sauveur (Colette birthplace and museum), Guédelon medieval construction site, Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye pottery village & also near Toucy and its famous Saturday Market. Located 30 min from Auxerre, 1h from Chablis and its Vineyard & 1h10 from Vézelay, the eternal hill.

Lia Perfect!
Couldn’t have found a better place. We were lucky enough to book this stay for 3 months and we enjoyed every second of it. The owners were extremely helpful and kind, available for any concerns or questions we had during the stay. The house was perfect in size and cleanliness, all utilities worked great the whole stay as well. Highly recommend for visiting Bourgogne.

Dymphne Avant toute chose, l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et toutes les petites attentions dont nous avons profité.
Ensuite, la situation du gîte dans un village oh combien pittoresque et charmant avec un joli parc où notre petite chienne adorait s'y promener.
Le restaurant situé à un jet de pierre du gîte vous accueille dans un cadre champêtre et les mets y sont succulents.
Que dire de la boulangerie .... que tout y excellent.
De plus, le gîte est très bien situé pour découvrir la région du Puissaye.

Karin Laat u verrassen in het leuke huisje midden in het dorp.
Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Relaxen in fijne tuin.
Mooi uitgangspunt om Guédelon en de omgeving te ontdekken!
Restaurant, bar en bakker om de hoek.
