Welcome to Burgundy at Ancy-le-Franc Holiday cottage d'Ancy is a detached house with enclosed garden and play area. Located 2 hours south of Paris. For pleasant family moments The village and our corner of Burgundy It's a village of just 1000 inhabitants, but with a full range of shops and services. Ideally situated on the banks of the River Armançon for Fishing, at the center of a 100km cycle route along the Burgundy canal. Not far from Ancy-le-Franc, you can play golf (15 km), visit some of the vineyards and taste the red and rosé wines of Burgundy or the famous white wine of Chablis.

THE Holiday cottage: Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. Living room with trundle beds (* set of 2 real 90cm beds), separate w.c. and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and a sliding wardrobe, the other with trundle beds and a sliding wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub. Complete baby equipment. Wifi Internet access. Outside, under cover, a ping-pong table and a petanque court. Adjoining the Holiday cottage is a former carpentry workshop, which retains some traces of its past, and has become a large space exclusively at your disposal with games and manual activities for young and old. The 170 m2 garden is enclosed and features an arbour, garden table and chairs, sunbeds and deckchairs, barbecue and parking space for one car. The Holiday cottage has 2 entrances, one to the center of the village of Ancy-le-Franc with its shops less than 5 minutes away, the other which is also the main access (car) leads to the Countryside. Just 150 m away, a footpath offers a walk on the heights overlooking the village and the valley, which can be extended by a loop along the towpath of the Burgundy canal.

Linen rental: single bed €8 / double bed €16 - towels per person: €6 / end-of-stay cleaning: €50
Electricity and heating: included in a fixed rate of 8 kW/day, above this rate kW €0.20.
Wood heating: 1/8th of a stere free and €5.5 for each additional 1/8th.
Maximum 1 pet.
2-person capacity may be exceeded for a supplement of €10/day (2 x 90cm trundle beds).
Lodging not suitable for business customers.
