In the Morvan park, quiet little house set in large, enclosed, private grounds.
On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen opens onto a living room with contemporary fireplace.
A large veranda (24m²), overlooking the grounds, offers a breathtaking view of the Morvan and its Forest.
The ground floor also features a toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs, the staircase leads to a 15m² landing bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and an independent 12m² bedroom with a 140cm bed and a wooden baby bed with bars.
A 12 m² mezzanine accessible by stairs from the landing is equipped with a 90cm bed.
On the landing, there's a separate shower room with shower, washbasin and washing machine-dryer, plus a separate toilet. Fiber-optic Internet access.
This Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the forests and lakes of the Morvan, a region of outdoor activities such as canoeing, kayaking, rafting, accrobranche and mountain biking.
Many opportunities for Hiking.
Tourism: Vézelay (UNESCO World Heritage site), Saint Père (Gothic church), Bazoches (château, home of Vauban), château de Chastellux sur Cure. Avallon, the City and its ramparts.
The region has many lakes for fishing and swimming: Le Crescent, Chaumeçon, Pannecière, Les Settons.
For your comfort, bed linen, towels, cleaning and heating are included.

Yann et Dominique Ce gîte est absolument parfait pour vous ressourcer au calme. Vue dégagée sur les belles collines du Morvan, grand terrain sans vis-à-vis, maison parfaitement équipée, salons de jardin permettant de se poser ici ou là au gré des envies, grande véranda très agréable à vivre et tout cela dans un environnement sans pollution sonore et lumineuse (observation des étoiles garantie !). Excellent point de chute pour visiter la région d'Avallon, Bazoches, Vézelay etc. Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins. N'hésitez plus !

Sander et Fabienne Que du bonheur ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce charmant gite situé tout près d'Avallon et de Vézelay (un des plus beaux villages de France!). Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins. Et le gite en lui-même est très agréable avec une vue imprenable, diverses emplacements pour manger ou se détendre dans le grand jardin. Vous y trouverez le calme et l'espace pour vous détendre. La véranda est super agréable si le soleil n'est pas au rendez-vous (nous sommes arrivés sous le déluge). Bref, que du bonheur!

Gilles Un très bel accueil dans une maison impeccable arrangée avec soin et très bien équipée. La véranda permet de s'immerger dans la nature par tout temps. La grande pelouse permet aux enfants, si l'on vient en famille, de se détendre sous les yeux des parents.
