In the Morvan park, quiet little house set in large, enclosed, private grounds.
On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen opens onto a living room with contemporary fireplace.
A large veranda (24m²), overlooking the grounds, offers a breathtaking view of the Morvan and its Forest.
The ground floor also features a toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs, the staircase leads to a 15m² landing bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and an independent 12m² bedroom with a 140cm bed and a wooden baby bed with bars.
A 12 m² mezzanine accessible by stairs from the landing is equipped with a 90cm bed.
On the landing, there's a separate shower room with shower, washbasin and washing machine-dryer, plus a separate toilet. Fiber-optic Internet access.
This Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the forests and lakes of the Morvan, a region of outdoor activities such as canoeing, kayaking, rafting, accrobranche and mountain biking.
Many opportunities for Hiking.
Tourism: Vézelay (UNESCO World Heritage site), Saint Père (Gothic church), Bazoches (château, home of Vauban), château de Chastellux sur Cure. Avallon, the City and its ramparts.
The region has many lakes for fishing and swimming: Le Crescent, Chaumeçon, Pannecière, Les Settons.
For your comfort, bed linen, towels, cleaning and heating are included.

AGNES Logement très agréable
L hébergement est tres bien situé pour découvrir le Morvan. Rien ne manque dans le logement. La véranda offre une très belle vue (même par temps de pluie !).

Caroline Très beau séjour dans le Morvan
Très beau séjour dans un gîte au calme, bien équipé. L'espace extérieur est très agréable pour les enfants. Les propriétaires étaient accueillants et attentionnés. C'est un bon point de départ pour visiter le Morvan ou d'autres sites de la Bourgogne. Je recommande sans souci !

Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires du gîte. Très disponibles, très réactifs et à l'écoute des locataires. Gîte très agréable, propre avec une très belle vue sur le magnifique paysage du Morvan. Lieu très calme et bien situé pour visiter la région..

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans la maison de Michel et Lydie. Ils ont été très accueillant et de très bon conseil pour les activités à faire dans le coin. Leur flexibilité pour notre arrivée et notre départ a été également un gros plus !

Yu K Superbe séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce gîte en Bourgogne, que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation.
Le cadre est magnifique : un grand jardin avec une vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante.
