On the ground floor, you’ll enter the house through a small veranda converted into a coat closet,
then step into the large living area, which includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room (with a TV
and board games).
On this level, you’ll find the first bedroom, furnished with two 90 x 190 beds, a bathroom
with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs is the second bedroom, furnished with a Bed 140 x 190, and a bathroom with
a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

You’ll also find a lounge area with a library and foosball table, as well as a
work area, ideal for telework (free Wi-Fi—fiber).
Outside, you’ll find the garage and the laundry room.

When you step outside the holiday cottage, you can set off on foot or by bike to explore the local
flora and fauna (Countryside and woods).
The cottage is ideally located less than 30 minutes from the medieval construction site at Guédelon, the
Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Maison Colette, and Lake Bourdon (Beach, Nautical Base, mountain biking, Hiking)… and 35 minutes from Auxerre,
a city of art and history.


Accommodations are offered on an all inclusive basis: beds made on arrival, bath linens,
kitchen linens, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning
