180 m² house with 300 m² enclosed garden and 30 m² terrace, located in the upper part of Asnières-sous-Bois, on the edge of the Forest.
The house comprises a 25 m² living room/kitchen (there is no separate lounge).

A first landing bedroom with a Bunk beds (140 + 90)
A second bedroom with a 140cm sofa bed (extra bed), which doubles as a TV area.

4 free parking spaces at the foot of the Holiday cottage.

⚠️ Maximum capacity: 8 people
Although the Holiday cottage can sleep up to 10 people, capacity is deliberately limited to a maximum of 8 people to ensure comfort in communal areas.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Utilities included in rental price: electricity (May 1 to September 30), water, bed linen and towels.

Options and Supplements :
Heating/electricity package: €23/day from October 1 to April 30.
Cleaning charge: €150
Bathroom linen: €8/person

If you do not subscribe to the cleaning package, an additional deposit of 150 € will be required on arrival and returned after the departure inventory.
