First floor: entrance hall, large kitchen with dining area, large lounge/breakfast room, shower room, separate WC. 1st floor: 5 bedrooms (4 beds 140, 1 bed 90 and 1 bunk bed), bathroom, separate WC. Heating included in price. Enclosed courtyard with lawn area (garden furniture and barbecue). Baby chair and folding bed.

Aquatic center 30 km (Montbard). 9 km from the Canal de Bourgogne with its cycle route and 6 km from the village of Noyers, one of the most beautiful in France.
Accommodation not suitable for business stays.
