Situated in the charming village of Arcy-sur-Cure, less than 2 hours from Paris (access possible by train / station in the village), this characterful Holiday cottage is ideal for a stay with family or friends, discovering Burgundy.
The accommodation comprises two independent houses, set in a fully enclosed garden with views over the surrounding Countryside.
First floor: convivial living room with open-plan kitchen and dining room leading onto a veranda-style dining room. Pleasant, bright setting.
On the 1st floor, the landing leads to a double bedroom (140cm bed) and a shower room with WC. Then, on the second floor, a spacious master suite (180cm bed) with its own shower room and WC. The washing machine is in the cellar (level 1).
The second building (raised ground floor) offers a bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room and WC, and upstairs an attic bedroom with two single beds.
The charm of this atypical house is enhanced by the steep staircases typical of old houses. Particular care is recommended, especially for Kids or people with mobility problems.
This all-inclusive Holiday cottage (bed linen, towels, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning) promises an authentic stay.
Parking available in front of the Holiday cottage. Bicycle rental available in the village for exploring the surrounding area. Closed bicycle storage on request. Baby bed available on request.

A deposit of €500 is required.
