The Ferme des Prés Holiday cottage, which sleeps five, welcomes you all year round. Located in the farmhouse, a listed 16th-century building, the Holiday cottage is adjoining and has independent access.
Baby equipment: high chair, bath and Umbrella bed on request.
On one level, it comprises a kitchen/living room, a bathroom with separate toilet and two bedrooms: 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 single bed in a non-contiguous corridor.
Private terrace in an enclosed courtyard. Ample parking. Located 15 minutes from Sens, 45 minutes from Troyes or Auxerre and 1h30 from Paris.
All inclusive Holiday cottage: bed linen, cleaning, towels, oil heating and electricity included.
