Set in a quiet hamlet opposite Vézelay, at the gateway to the Morvan Natural Park, you'll appreciate the warmth and friendliness of this spacious and comfortable home, where everyone will feel right at home! A unique view of the Eternal Hill, where the Basilica of Sainte Marie Madeleine nestles, and the Vineyard of Vézelay.

On arrival, a large parking area for up to 9 cars and the 3000m2 garden invite you to relax and play (table tennis, swing, caravan ...). In the house, a large dining room with facilities for the youngest guests and a semi-open kitchen offer all the comforts you need to prepare delicious meals! There's also a cosy living room where you can spend some quality time by the wood-burning stove, playing board games or a game of table soccer in the gaming room. In short, there's something for every taste and every age.

The 5 bedrooms are on the first floor, accessible by a half staircase of 8 steps, all with en-suite bathrooms and WCs.
