Charming Holiday cottage with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 10 beds for 15 people, fully renovated 300m2, between Paris and Lyon, 15 minutes from the A6 motorway. Set in a quiet hamlet opposite Vézelay, at the gateway to the Morvan Natural Park, you'll appreciate the warmth and friendliness of this spacious and comfortable home, where everyone will feel right at home! A unique view of the Eternal Hill, where the Basilica of Sainte Marie Madeleine nestles, and the Vineyard of Vézelay.

On arrival, a large parking lot with space for up to 9 cars awaits you, as well as a vast 3,000 m² garden planted with trees that invites you to relax and play: ping-pong table, swing, caravan... there's something for everyone!

Inside, a large dining room equipped for the youngest guests and a semi-open kitchen offer all the comforts needed to prepare delicious meals. The convivial living room promises pleasant moments by the wood-burning stove, around a board game or a game of table soccer in the gaming room - in short, there's something for every taste and every age!

An adjoining room gives access to the laundry room, while offering an ideal space for quiet Telework. Furnished with a desk, an extra bed sofa and a comfortable internet connection, it allows you to combine relaxation and productivity in complete serenity.

Upstairs, the 5 bedrooms are accessed by half-landings of 8 steps, and each has its own bathroom and WC:

- L'Aquarelle: a 140x200 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
- La Feuillette: a 140x200 bed, bathroom with bath and WC.
- L'Ammonite: a 160x200 bed, a 90x200 bed and a 140x190 sofa-bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.
- La Coquille: one 160x200 bed, one 90x200 bed, bathroom with bath and separate WC, equipped with a changing table (possibility of adding an Umbrella bed).
- La Belle Étoile: one 160x200 bed, one 90x200 bed and one 140x190 sofa-bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.

Beds are made on arrival, towels are provided and cleaning is included in the price, as are utilities (heating and electricity).
