In the heart of the Morvan, a comfortable house renovated with particular attention to guests' Wellbeing. On the ground floor, the heart of the house is the open-plan fitted kitchen (with a scullery with direct access for caterers), opening onto a dining room completely immersed in the surrounding nature. The former stable has been rehabilitated to create a large living room for sharing good times. Private bathroom. 1 bedroom for 2 (bed 180*200) with outside access and private shower room and WC. 1 bedroom for 2 people (bed 180*200) accessible to people with reduced mobility (shower room and WC fully accessible to PRM) with outside access and parking space less than 20 meters from the bedroom and reserved for PRM. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom for 2 people (beds 180*200 and Kids bed) with private bathroom and WC, 1 bedroom with a double bed (180*200), 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 bed 180*200 + 1 bed 140*190) with private bathroom and WC. Each room is brightly lit and furnished with designer furniture. 2 large terraces let you enjoy the Morvan countryside. Private parking on 20,000 m2 grounds. Charging station for 22kW electric vehicle. Flat rate of €50 per additional person (maximum 2).

The entrance to the hamlet is on the left coming from Avallon on the D944, 50 meters after mile marker 59.
Less than 15 min from exit n°22 Avallon on the A6 freeway (less than 2h30 from Paris and Lyon).
Avallon Bus station and SNCF train station 10 min away.
Less than an hour from Auxerre and Dijon.

Excellent week-end entre amis.
5/5Gite très bien conçu, des chambres dignes de grands hôtels (propreté, qualité literie, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et wc , isolation phonique), cuisine plus que bien équipée, en plus Martin laisse beaucoup de materiel, épices, thés .... à disposition.
Super accueil de Martin aux petits soins (bière, café, ...) et prêt à conseiller (resto, boucher...).
Environnement magnifique et reposant.
De jolies balades faisables en partant directement à pied du gîte et des parties de baby-foot mémorables! Bref un excellent week-end entre amis. Merci- Cleanliness 5/5

Excellent séjour
5/5Excellent séjour entre amis aux Gaties. Gite très propre, très bien équipé = vous pourrez vous lancer dans de la cuisine élaborée pour plus que la capacité du gite! Literie excellente, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et WC , ce qui est très confortable. Martin est aux petits soins (fut de bière, épices, café, thé, recommandations de restos, de boucher...excellents). Ballades en partant du gite, partie de babyfoot mémorables... bref des super souvenirs de ce week-end. On espère bien revenir!

5/5Formidable accueil, plein de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Le gîte est d'une qualité rare, tant au niveau des équipements que de la qualité des finitions et matériaux. C'est une très belle réalisation, avec de très beaux volumes ou l'on se sent bien dès le franchissement de la porte d'entrée. Quelques suggestions de petites améliorations ont été partagées avec l'hôte qui en à pris immédiatement et positivement note et fera, nous en sommes certains, le nécessaire pour faire de ce lieu une véritable résidence 5 étoiles. Bravo, nous reviendrons.
