Detached house on one level in a hamlet. Kitchen with electric oven/living room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) and 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90), shower room and separate WC.

No wifi. Telephone network not very good.

Enclosed courtyard. Garden furniture, barbecue. 2 parking spaces in courtyard.
Only 1 free pet allowed.

This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Holiday cottage close to the Morvan Park (Hiking and Forest). Near Avallon and Vézelay. Nautical Base and accrobranche nearby.

    A notre arrivée, un peu déçus car gîte loin de tout, perdu ds la campagne , pas de réseau et la pluie...
    Avons ensuite découvert cette belle région du Morvan ( parc régional et ses musées, ville de naissance de Vauban et sa maison , châteaux, musées, Vézelay et sa basilique , Noyers et ses 300 et plus de matches ds la forêt, la forge de Buffon , les fontaines salées et le site néolithique ....)
    De belles petites villes : Avallon , Saulieu
    Bref, de belles vacances riches de découvertes et dépaysantes pour des citadins Di ch'nord
