In the heart of the Auxerrois vineyards and the Canal du Nivernais, this large Burgundy building, which can accommodate 15 people, is ready to welcome you in the best conditions.

The main entrance, facing the river, opens onto an inviting terrace.

Second floor:
Large living area with exposed beams and stonework. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, opening onto the dining room and living room with fireplace. 1 WC and a laundry room.

Second level:
A large gaming room equipped with arcade, table soccer, games for Kids and a dormitory with two single beds (90x190).

5 bedrooms, two with 160x200 beds, one with a 180x200 bed and two 90x190 beds. A fourth bedroom with a 140x200 bed and the last, ideal for Kids, with a 90x190 bunk bed. 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet.

Baby equipment on request: high chair and Umbrella bed.

Outside, a pétanque court awaits you next to the house, and the owners provide tables, benches and a plancha to enjoy your meals outside, in a peaceful public space. Unenclosed garden and small terrace.

There is ample parking in front of the Holiday cottage, as well as a courtyard for your vehicles. A garage is also available for a car, motorcycles or bicycles. A large cellar.

All shops are within 500 m of the Holiday cottage, and there are two restaurants in the village.
Close to Auxerre, Chablis, Parc du Morvan and Guédelon.
