The holiday cottage is located 13 km from Avallon with its ramparts, 23 km from Semur-en-Auxois, a medieval town, and 23 km from Saulieu, a gastronomic destination. 10 km from Époisses, famous for its cheese. 30 km from Lake St. Agnan. Great for cycling on small roads in the Countryside with little traffic.

Nous avons passé un séjour tranquille, au calme ; tout ce que nous recherchions ! M Nieutin a été très accueillant.
Le gîte est confortable, bien équipé et relativement frais malgré la canicule. Nous n'avions pas d'animaux, mais ce gîte semble parfaitement adapté : beaucoup d'espace extérieur bien clôturé et ombragé. Quelques restes de poils d'animaux autour du canapé, mais bien compréhensible au vu de l'acceptation des animaux.- Cleanliness

Accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée.
Le logement est propre, spacieux et très agréable. Le jardin est magnifique, avec un terrain de pétanque et une table de ping-pong, ce qui est un vrai plus pour profiter du séjour.
