2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds), bathroom and separate WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (with 3 single beds) and 1 mezzanine, bathroom and separate WC. Enclosed grounds with terrace, covered shed, private parking and orchard. Table tennis. 2 pets allowed (more on request).
Holiday cottage located 13 km from Avallon with its ramparts, 23 km from Semur-en-Auxois, medieval city and 23 km from Saulieu, gastronomic city. 10 km from Époisses, famous for its cheese. 30 km from Lake St Agnan. Cycling on small Countryside roads with little traffic.

Olivier Superbe logement
Accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée.
Le logement est propre, spacieux et très agréable. Le jardin est magnifique, avec un terrain de pétanque et une table de ping-pong, ce qui est un vrai plus pour profiter du séjour.

Christophe Hôte et gîte très accueillant
Une nouvelle fois dans le gîte, pendant la période d'hivers, nous ne pouvons qu'apprécier les flambées dans la cheminée, dans la salle commune. Maison bien aménagée et agréable avec des commodités à chaque étage, ce qui permet de ne pas se marcher sur les pieds lorsque vous êtes à plusieurs.
La cuisine pourrait être mieux achalandée en ustensiles de cuissons, couteaux ou planches à découper.
Notre hôte est accueillant et rapide dans les solutions à trouver en cas de problème. Merci !

Eléna Petite semaine au grand air
Gîte agréable, bien aménagé , propre et fonctionnel. Propriétaire accueillant. Belle région pour les amoureux de la campagne. Nombreuses balades bien balisées à proximité. Chiens bienvenus....Olaf et Flint vous remercient également !!!!
