Semi-detached house with barn, located in the Morvan regional park.
Ground floor: kitchen, living room. 1st floor: mezzanine and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are communicating (2 beds 140, 2 beds 90) + 2 baby beds and baby equipment. bathroom with toilet. Direct access to unenclosed 800 m2 grounds.
Fishing and swimming nearby on the Cure and Cousin rivers. Holiday cottage located 10 minutes from Vézelay, a Unesco World Heritage site, with its Basilica of Sainte Marie-Madeleine, 5 minutes from St Père-sous-Vézelay with its Gothic church and nautical base, 10 minutes from the Château de Bazoches where the Maréchal de Vauban lived and 30 minutes from the village of Saint Léger Vauban where he was born (a museum retraces his life and constructions). Hiking trails (GR13). Maximum 1 pet allowed.
CHARGES AND OPTIONS: Fuel heating and electricity extra (8 kwh included/day). Bed linen rental: sheet 1 person 7€ / sheet 2 persons 14€ / bathroom linen per person: 5€ / end-of-stay cleaning: 50 € / wood free or payable according to consumption.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits chez Elise et au-delà de la propreté impeccable, et du charme du gîte, nous avons infiniment apprécié à la fois la gentillesse et la disponibilité d'Elise et de son mari. Cela nous a profondément touchés, un grand merci à eux deux.

christian Gîte très agréable, hôtes forts sympathiques
Super semaine dans ce gîte à la campagne. Le gîte est beau, fonctionnel, agréable à vivre, bien adapté pour 6 personnes, le tout au cœur d’un hameau fort sympathique. Idéalement placé pour visiter de nombreux sites aux alentours mais aussi pour randonner. On adore cette région, on y connaît maintenant une bonne adresse qui nous poussera à y revenir dès que possible. Merci à Elise et André

Wayne Florence Elise est très aimable et le gîte est propre, grand et bien achelandé
La commune de Pierre-Perthuis n'est pas loin de St Père, ni de Vézelay. Avallon se trouve à 20 minutes en voiture. C'est calme et agréable. Elise n'a pas choisi de l'électroménager de 1er prix, ce qui est tout à son honneur

Evelyne Très bon séjour chez Elise
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les beaux volumes et les matériaux du gîte (bois, pierre). Les chambres sont très confortables et tout est très propre.
Seul bémol : la taille de la cuisine (plutôt un couloir...)- Cleanliness
