In the heart of Burgundy's Countryside, in the charming village of Fulvy, in the Tonnerrois region, the Holiday cottage "Chez mon Voisin" invites you to enjoy a peaceful and convivial interlude. Ideal for families and friends, this spacious Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 12 people.

Florence and Hervé open the doors of this fully restored farmhouse, where the character of the past has been carefully preserved while offering today's comforts. With 250 m² of living space, the house boasts generous volumes, plenty of natural light and meticulous finishing touches.

On the first floor, you'll find a vast, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle). You'll also find a large, light-filled living room with exposed stonework, ideal for socializing. An adjoining room features a gaming room with table soccer and board games. Laundry room. 1 bathroom with shower and separate WC.

4 bedrooms are available upstairs: a double room with a 160x200 bed, another double room with a 140x200 bed, and two other large rooms with a 140x200 double bed and two 90x190 single beds. 1 shower room and WC are on the same level.

Baby equipment available: baby bed, high chair, changing table and bathtub.

Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant, well-appointed environment thanks to its covered terrace and enclosed garden. A barbecue is at your disposal. For your relaxation, there's a private heated swimming pool, open from 01/05 to 15/10 (weather permitting), and secured with a tarpaulin cover.

For your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning, linen, towels, oil-fired central heating and electricity are included.
