Detached Bungalow. Living room (fireplace) with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 beds 90), shower room and separate WC. Electric heating (not included). Baby equipment: booster seat and changing mat.
Pets not allowed. 200 m² enclosed garden. Terrace. Bicycles can be stored in the barn adjoining the Holiday cottage. Parking is available in front of the gîte, but only one car can be parked in the courtyard.
Fishing on site in 1st category river. The owner has another Holiday cottage nearby, n°89G350.
20 km from Sens and 38 km from Joigny.

Merci pour votre appréciation, malgré quelques aléas., je suis très heureuse que le gîte vous ait plu

Roger Holland The gîte was o.k. but rather dark inside.
The Kitchen was o.k.
The livingroom was o.k.
The wifi was o.k. After the owner made some repairs.
The bathroom / shower was fine with very warm water.
The bedrooms were o.k. One bedroom was smelling after rainfall.
The barbecues were very very dirty.
The garden was rather small, about 110m2 and not 200m2.
We expected a bigger garden around the gîte.
The gîte was not detached, as it was told. It was attached to other gites.
The contact with the owner was very pleasant. She is very helpfull.
Supermarket and bakery nearby.
The surroundings of Molinons were disappointing. Sens is 30 minutes drive, Troyes is one hour away. No restaurants open.- Cleanliness

Bonjour Madame, Monsieur
Je suis désolée que le gîte n'ait pas répondu à toutes vos attentes, mais j'aurais aimé que l'on puisse en discuter ensemble.
Le gîte étant plein sud, je ne taille l'arbre devant la cuisine qu'à l'automne pour qu'il y ait un peu d'ombre en cas de fortes chaleurs, le gîte est bien indépendant, clos de murs, mais effectivement il y a des voisins de part et d'autre, mais sans vis à vis, et ils n'ont pas accès aux gîte.
Le barbecue est en état d'utilisation, il n'est pas neuf, mais il était vide et les grille en état d'usage aussi.
Malheureusement, il y a eu 2 jours de fortes pluies, d'où cette impression de sentir la pluie, et quand aux restaurant il y a l'auberge des vieux moulins banaux à 2 km qui effectivement est fermée le lundi et le mardi.
Je reste à votre dispositions pour d'autres précisions, et je suis vraiment désolée.
