Completely renovated Holiday cottage in quiet hamlet. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dining room with sitting area, shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet and laundry room. Upstairs: a 2-person bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and a 2-person bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm) (adapted comforters). Landing with library and board games, WC with washbasin. Unenclosed private courtyard.
Numerous Hiking trails. Holiday cottage located between Sancerre and Chablis, 40 km from Vézelay, 15 km from Guedelon. Numerous events during the summer season.

Martine Très bon séjour dans un très beau gîte
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos petits_enfants dans ce gîte.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nelly avec un bon pain d'épices et une excellente gelée de framboises.
Le gîte est absolument fonctionnel pour 4 personnes, propre, douillet,charmant et joliment décoré. Nous avons pu manger dehors. L'endroit est très paisible, les enfants peuvent jouer dehors.
Des balades très sympa à faire tout autour et des visites de beaux monuments
La région est très agréable.
Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.
