Set in the heart of an old farmhouse, Logis de Bayard is the ideal place to stay with family or friends. This Holiday cottage, entirely converted from the former stable and barn of the family farm, comprises 2 levels. The first floor (46m2) has full PRM access and opens onto a terrace with garden furniture. It comprises a living room (dining room and fully-equipped kitchen), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate PRM toilet, optional sauna (€25/day) and a fully-equipped laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 + 1 bed 90), a shower room and separate wc. Private or public parking lot. Pets not allowed.
Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity included in rates. Optional cleaning package: €60
Optional outdoor Spa: €25/day. Please book this option 24 hours in advance.
This haven of peace, in the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 10 minutes from Sens, 45 minutes from Troyes or Auxerre and 1h30 minutes from Paris, is ideal for Hiking, discovering local heritage and products, or simply relaxing. On cherchait un endroit pour s’évader du stress de Paris et l’endroit est idéal : pas loin de Paris et bien au calme pour se balader et se reposer (avec jacuzzi et sauna).

Jean-François On m'avait conseillé ce gîte. Je n'ai pas été déçu puisque tout correspond à ce qui est proposé.
Nous sommes venus de Saint-Laurent-du-Var (06). Nous avons pu apprécier la vie en pleine nature. Mes petits enfants on passé du temps à contempler des hirondelles voler, un peu plus loin des poules et une oie, etc.

Gilles Un gîte très propre, très confortable, bien équipé, accueil chaleureux de Patricia, bref : parfait !
Séjour très agréable, le gîte est au calme, la piscine nous a permis de nous rafraîchir, et l'accueil et la souplesse de Patricia ont été très appréciés, je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé 4 jours en famille, le gîte est neuf et bien agencé, idéal si vous voyagé avec une personne en fauteuil car le RDC est agencé pour. Tout est neuf, de plus si vous désirez vous détendre avec un complément vous avez la piscine, le jacuzzi, et le sauna, un régal.. Franchement, nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir Bravo et Merciiii ❤️
