In the heart of the Puisaye region, Holiday cottage Alfred et George is a fully renovated house set in 3800 m2 of enclosed grounds with a wooded garden. Ground floor: kitchen / dining room, living room (possibility of extra bed in a 120 x 190 cm bed), spa bathroom and toilet. Upstairs: large mezzanine with sleeping area (1 bed 140 x 190 cm), 1 double bedroom (1 double bed), 2 twin communicating bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x200cm) per bedroom, shower room and wc.
You can relax on the patio in front of the house with a refreshing drink. A yoga room in a converted barn adjoining the Holiday cottage is also available.
Colette's birthplace 15 minutes away. 25 km from Château de Saint-Fargeau.
Bed and household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity included in rates.

Smit The gite is located in the French countryside, a lovely quiet place (except for the busy farmers of course). A large garden provides sunny and shady spots with plenty of room for a game of soccer. The house itself is a lovely decorated converted barn. As there are no shutters on the sunny side and just one window at the back, the upstairs sleeping quarters get rather hot in summer which in our opinion reduces the number of guest beds to 4. Lovely surroundings with plenty to do.
