Unenclosed private grounds. Garden furniture and barbecue. PIZZA truck on Tuesday evenings. Pets not allowed. 3 parking spaces in front of Holiday cottage.
External socket with energy meter for recharging electric vehicles. Consumption billed on site.
Holiday cottage located near Joigny, City of Art and History (all shops and services). Othe Forest (Hiking). Bicycles on loan, helmets not provided. Less than an hour from the Guédelon medieval construction site. 1/2 hour from Auxerre.
Bed linen, towels, heating, wood and electricity included in rental price.

Propriétaires très sympathique.
Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité des lieux et la cour pour se garer et le coin terrasse et jardin.
Merci pour les petits présents à notre arrivée ( confiture, noix etc...).
Nous recommandons cette location sans soucis

Frans Kappers Een erg goed verzorgde accommodatie; veel ruimte zowel binnen als buiten op het terras en de tuin. De beheerders die achter de gite wonen laten je met rust maar zijn wel beschikbaar. Dat hebben we als erg prettig ervaren. De gite staat aan een doodlopende weg hetgeen er voor zorgt dat er genoten kan worden van een enorme rust terwijl de snelweg dichtbij is. Bij het vele hout dat in de gite gebruikt lijkt de aanwezigheid van rookmelders eigenlijk te rechtvaardigen.
